"Bed comfort, excellent. Roof bar amazing. Staff so sweet. Literally the only thing that bugged me about this stay was that my shower hair conditioner was a kind of a soapy hand sanitizer consistency. But not a deal-breaker at all!"
"This house was great for entertaining family and friends who were also in town for graduation. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, check-in and other communication very easy. We hope to be back sooon!"
"We were in town visiting our son at UT and catching some baseball. The location allowed us to walk to the new ballpark, Market Square, and other destinations in town. The loft was just the right size for the three of us, had comfortable beds, quality furnishings, and all the amenities we needed including the super-convenient parking next door. The trains make some infrequent noise throughout the day but, in general, the noise levels were lower than we expected for a downtown loft. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the host was very attentive. Overall it was clean but the floors and a few other minor things needed attention (I'd give it a 4.5 if I could). That said, this was the perfect place for this trip and it will be our top destination when we return to Knoxville. "
