Amazing location and view

Service is excellent, very responsive with any questions you have and if you have any problems, they show up right away. Room is comfortable has everything you needed. we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended this place.

Small room, loud traffic outside, shower had some moldy spots. NIce Italian restaurant downstairs. Didn’t expect a extra service fee added on to the stay.. Front desk people were very nice and helpful.

The problem is Flow Miami is NOT a hotel. The fact they call it one is very misleading. This is an apartment building that rents out some lower floor studio apartments as hotel rooms. There is a small desk at the front door but there are no basic hotel services. No phone in room. No safe. No internet. No normal hotel keys - you get a fob and are told its $100 fee if you lose it. No room service. No room cleaning - unless you pay $150 per occurrence. No restaurant or lounge. I tried to call down to the desk with the number provided but no one ever picked up. The service was mainly very young staff who seemed bored at the desk. I needed to store my bags for a few hours after check out and they wanted to put them in an adjacent room but they had no hotel bag check tags. I asked for some sort of slip confirming the bags the girl at the desk wrote a post-it-note confirming the number of bags, When I returned the girl sat at the desk and sent me into the room myself to retrieve my stuff. Not exactly secure or professional as other peoples bags were there. The room was fine if you just want a vrbo experience. But thinking you were arriving at a cool Miami hotel to discover you had been mislead when booking was very frustrating.
