"This is a nice boutique hotel we found in Quebec City. The location is great and walkable to everywhere you need to explore in Old Quebec City. The room is super clean and the bed is super comfortable. We also used the hot tub, small but has everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay."

"The property is great for being located right next to the Chateau Frontenac, the boardwalk and near everything you would want to see and do in old Quebec City. Rodney and the staff were great and helpful. The room was clean, affordable parking was a 1-minute walk away and the AC and heat work well. The hotel does not have amenities such as a pool, hot tub, exercise facilities, but the room is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, etc.. The lobby has a microwave, coffee machine, etc. It is not a five-star hotel, so if that is what you seek then move next door to the Chateau, but for a fraction of the price it has all the comforts you need!"

"You couldn't ask for a better location in Vieux Quebec; Auberge Place d'Armes is right in the middle of the old district of the city, yet due to the double-paned windows, our room was quiet and serene. Visitors need to be able to manage steep stairs as there is no elevator, but the staff were always on hand to help with luggage. We dealt with several different concierges, each of whom was extremely helpful, particularly when it came to making dinner reservations. The on-site restaurant, La Buchette, served delicious food and drink; our walking food tour even included a stop there to sample several items we hadn't yet tasted."

"This little boutique hotel was exceptional! Extremely smooth and quick check-in, all of the staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful when in need of something. Room was cute and well appointed very clean and had everything we needed. The location of this little gem cannot be beat. Most of the must see areas are a walkable distance.. cute little bistro below the hotel for breakfast and dinner. Food is amazing.! overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in old Quebec city"
