Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!

Room good size,clean,but needs sound proofing ( can hear talking and snoring from neighbouring rooms and upstairs) Reception staff excellent, very helpful. Restaurant staff poor in understanding. Bar staff very pleasant, evening entertainment good. Spa not bad.

Restaurant staff : incredible service by José and its team Room : we can hear everything from the other rooms and from the outside. So if the neighbours are noisy late at night or early morning…. Forget the sleep! It does need some love !! Staff at the front desk : service is ok but lack of speaking ...

Santuari de Lluc
Magical spot with beautiful walks starting from the hotel area. The rooms are very basic, beds are comfy but without bed side lamps which was not so great as a night time reader.
