Wouldn’t provide ice until 5:00. Then the phone wouldn’t work to call down to the front desk or the restaurant. The rooms were clean but the hall appeared dirty.

The aircon stopped working and the staff were waiting for an engineer to arrive. It appears to be an old system.
It was a flight of stairs up to the reception. There was a wheelchair stair lift but we couldn’t use that for our luggage so we had to lug it upstairs.
Overall we were happy with our choice of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent.
