Old Town Corfu Holidays

Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. The hotel is in a quiet area and is less than a 10 minute walk into Kavos so great to be away from the noise. My son praised the night manager who was very friendy and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive we were very disappointed in the hotel the room we had booked was a premium room and the room although large felt dated and the bed was very cheeky. There was an joing door to the next room covered by a large wardrobe but we could hear the people next door talk and snore like they were in our room and could hear all the bathroom noises. Which was very off-putting. There is alot of upselling in the all inclusive certain drinks were not available unless you paid more which was not good for the price can't even get a free Pina colada. The food was ok but it was limited and often the range was much the same. The hotel needed a refresh with paint some parts were being painted whilst we were there perhaps because it's early season. Over all the stay wasn't great the staff were loud in the morning coming to clean the rooms we were woken up by them starting their shifts talking very loud in the hallways. And for the price we paid it wasnt a quality that we have experienced on other all inclusive hotels on this trip for less money like Roda resort where we are currently it's chalk and cheese in comparison for less money so much better quality in every way.

Nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Didn't realise that panorama and palace are actually at the same hotel just different sections.

Never get cool water for my shower and vanity..i spoke to the lobby no one help me Kkep telling me i will call the mananger manager show up Ac very poor
