"A good place to stay being only a 5 minute level walk from the rail station. Reception was first class throughout my stay. Breakfast offered the usual good choice of items. The room was clean, comfortable and for my stay on the 5th floor quiet. Hotel is well located for attractions of Bern. Yes, I would use again. "

"I would definitely stay here again. Room is very nice and spacious. View out of the window was great. Breakfast was very expensive but it was good and had a wide selection of food. Once you get up the escalator from the train station, the hotel is right there which was nice since it was raining the day we arrived. "

"Clean room. Staffs are helpful and nice. Very convenient spot. I have got the roof top room and the window at the roof are just very very nice to get natural light from the sky. The toilet are massive with two sinks which is quite rare as in most hotel. Little downside is that the bed is a bit squeaky even with just body rotation but overall it is very good and I will recommend it."

"everything is smart in this hotel. after online check in, I could use my phone as a key to open the gate and the door of my room. the public area is beautiful with a huge kitchen. the rooftop is nice and I could enjoy myself with a drink. it is at the centre of the city so it is convenient but a bit noisy at night at there are some restaurants and bars down below. "

"Logging in at the computer terminal took far too long. The software was clunky, and the family ahead of us got so frustrated, they left before they completed their log in. "
