Cozy home with view of the Suwannee River located within 300 feet from a local boat ramp. The Suwannee river is great for fishing, water skiing and kayaking. Just minutes down river to Hart Springs and within 20 minutes driving distance from Fanning Springs and Gornto Springs. Ichetucknee Springs, Ginnie Springs and Manatee Springs are only 30 minutes away. Come make memories with your family that will last a life time! Please know this property has three outside security cameras. Front door, back door and underneath the house facing where the key boxes are and the owner’s private she shed.
