Great location and very friendly, welcoming staff. Free parking is a huge perk in Portland and definitely a plus. That said, the soundproofing is really poor. You can clearly hear footsteps from the room above, which makes it hard to fully relax. Also, while parking is included, if the hotel is full ...

For a 4 star hotel, the amenities felt like off a 2 star hotel. There was no coffee maker, no complimentary water. I honestly don't know if there is a way to describe how i feel about this false 4 star narrative.
