"Place was clean, front desk is very polite and professional. One thing what happened, My husband forgot his watch and they “ didn’t find “ . I’m sure people who clean rooms found it but they didn’t want to return it it is expensive watch."

"The breakfast was excellent! A lot of great variety to choose from, and staff was really nice !! Internet in the room was poor, we had trouble using it as the hotspot was not strong enough. I think it would also be nice to precise that the Hotel is in the mountain as there might be people who cannot walk or that might have trouble to get to the hotel by walking."

"Very nice lady on reception check us quickly and advises to take breakfast with us in the morning because we are leaving very early. Also, she tell us that they will call taxi in the morning for us! Airport is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel cost 25KM"

"We absolutely loved our stay at maiden water resort. The staff went above and beyond to assure we have everything we need. If you want to get away from the business of the city this is a perfect resort. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. We know we will be back !"
