"Overall, my stay was okay. I hated that I constantly had to keep asking the staff to clean my room and add more towels after leaving for the day. Also, a piece of metal that was attached in the shower was broken and it was left to side. It would’ve been nice if it was removed prior to me checking in. "

"Arrived at 1:15pm and was told my room was ready but to get in it I would have to pay $75, which I did not do. When we finally got in the room, we immediately noticed bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loosely sitting on the toilet so I know the toilet wasn't cleaned. That is so unsafe. We were only in the room for a couple minutes and left for a concert. We got back to the room around midnight which is when we found out the beds were full of bugs too. We finally couldn't take the nastiness anymore so we left at 4:30am to head home. I called the front desk lady and she said she would have the manager call me, which never happened. I will never stay at a Doubletree again!"

"As usual for Springhill this was a very comfortable stay. Property was immaculate inside and out. Good beds, softer lighting, spacious room, good breakfast."
