"Management were very friendly. Close to the wineries and Downtown Temecula. The pillows were horrible only 1/2 pillows they were short and uncomfortable. Mattress was uncomfortable as well."

"The receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful and very, very kind about allowing us to get an early check-in so we could prepare for the wedding that we were there to attend. However, later that evening, the desk clerk was less than helpful about how to obtain water bottles. There are no vending machines at this location, and the little “store“ next to the front desk had no drinks of any kind, and there was no ability to get any water. Even the ice machine was not working. These are the types of amenities that really make the difference for a hotel guest, particularly at 10 o’clock in the evening."
