This is not a 5 star hotel and it isn't managed well. In fact when we asked, there was no manager available to talk to about our concerns during our 3 day stay. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed at the beginning of September when the temperatures were in the 30's. We were not informed of the closure, by email or upon arrival. Signs in the elevator said the pool hours were from 11 am - 7 pm, and there were no signs indicating pool closure. We chose this hotel because of the pool. It was when we wanted to swim that staff told us the pool was closed. Hotel staff were not very helpful and no manager was around that we could speak to about the issue during our 3 days there.

"It wasn't so bad as it was a hostel. But the twin bed which was on the other bed was so high. I was scared to fall off. A Bunk Bed Guardrail would be great. And lastly toilet and bath was not so good."
