"Good communication by the host. Easy check-in. Great view of the bay. Good location in terms of being directly on the Bay and close to several restaurants in old marco. The only drawback of location is you need to drive to the beach and there’s limited beach parking. We ended up having to park at a private lot which cost more than the public lots. The unit itself has been fully updated and is in good condition. It’s a plus that there’s a washer dryer in the unit. However, the dryer takes a long time to dry towels and doesn’t dry them fully. There was one beach chair, could use a second one. Overall, a very nice stay. "

"Clean room. Well equipped. Pickleball. Pool. Dock. Great location restaurants, music, and beaches. Bike rental adjacent to condo. We biked everywhere on the island. Would love to stay here again!"

"very clean condo. able to walk to restaurants. quiet area. host always answered questions in a timely manner and gave very good suggestions for things to do and places to dine at on marco island. king bed in master and 2 queens in 2nd bedroom. everything needed for kitchen is supplied. beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and small soft cooler supplied. fully screened porch off master bedroom/living room with table and 4 chairs and bench storage. very very nice condo to stay at. highly recommend."

"Great location. Property & pools were great. Super spacious unit and a great view from the lanai. Close and within walking distance for dinner each night. Easy drives to several beaches but Tigertail was our favorite. Only 10 minutes away and a beautiful and expansive beach."

"Great location of the complex. Loved staying next to Rose Marina, taking the Hemingway to Keewaydin. The pool and hot tub on the property was the nicest, cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in. Loved that there was an adult pool and a family friendly one. The room had everything we needed. We needed a plumbing repair and it was fixed that very same day. Great vacation! "
