"Everything at this hotel was perfect! The property is very clean and in a great location. The beds are super comfortable. This is a quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Nevada at the front desk and Chi Chi at the lounge. We will definitely book here again when visiting Savannah. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed for five nights at the Sonesta Resort and found it to be a relaxing environment with helpful staff. There are two restaurants within the hotel and the food is good but overpriced. The pool areas were heated and well kept. We enjoyed the ping pong table and badminton in the entertainment area. The beach was easily accessible and close to a food shack if you wanted a snack while enjoying the ocean view. The hotel room was spacious and recently updated for a new feel. The bathroom was spacious as well and I was pleased there was a bathtub and shower. There was no closet in the room, however, and only a small space to hang a few clothing items. The bathroom had a stand alone sink with no space for toiletries. I used the foldable luggage rack to place my small suitcase on so my hair and skin care items were within reach."

"Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time, when it was finally ready staff was scrambling to find a room as they often over book rooms. There is no self parking available at hotel, mandatory 50 dollar valet. Beds do Not come with comforters, so we asked for a blanket from front desk and they sent us a cotton like hospital blankets…weird. I’ve stayed in multiple hyatts including multiple countries. This one has been the only one that has disappointed us. "

"Beautiful location on the river with really comfortable rooms and within walking distance of anything you might need. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the daily happy hour where Brad provided excellent service and we met other folks staying at the inn."
