An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Alfredo and Krystina who helped us with every request.

The room was not properly cleaned and felt neglected. There was noticeable dust along the walls, which made the space feel unkempt.
