No help when we arrived to unload the car. We had to unload and go to reception leaving th car unattended. We had to ask 3 times throughout the day to receive a water kettle. We only got it in the evening after we came back and called for a 3rd time. Shower pressure was a joke with only a trickle of water. This was our 3rd time stay at this hotel and were disappointed in what is otherwise an excellent hotel

There were so many broken amenities, hair dryer, sink, remote control and even the key access reader. Staff members were super friendly though, they need some maintenance done.

This hotel is clean and quiet. Front doors are heavy and have to be opened by hand. No electronic doors. That’s a bit of a hassle with luggage and after driving for hours.
