The villa is equipped with a kitchen featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave for easy meal prep. An on-site carport completes this comfortable, convenient holiday home. A security deposit of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
