"Hotel has probably seen it’s day. Photo of outdoor pool shown on Expedias website was the draw to stay there. Pool is closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. "Absolutely stunning Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful however the morning pool bar staff were not as polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite a big selection and fresh made crepe and pancakes/ waffles gave it a lovely touch. The free shuttle was such a great help to be able to get everywhere. No worries about the airport transfer either as the hotel sorts that. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend the hotel."
