"Everything after check in (which was very smooth with no issues) was horrible with this hotel. It is a new building, spacious rooms etc. but managed extremely poor. I am extremely disappointed with a lot of different things, which I am still trying to sort some of them. Not recommended."

"When I arrived with my mum we had problems with the lock combination to getting the key and when trying to enter the cottage door found it really difficult to open so had 10 - 15 minutes with that the stairs are too narrow thought that I was going to trip the kitchen is upstairs with the bedroom ..."
