Wonderful experience all the way around, from the time of our arrival until we departed. Great location, wonderful food, breakfast was fantastic, well pointed modern rooms and the people make all the difference. The staff was very helpful and catered to all of our needs. Will definitely return!

Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward.
The food was also delicious.

We enjoyed our stay here, staff was great. Well situated to sightseeing in the area being close to Brunico and short drive to Lago di Brasie. Only issue we had was about info for the spa. You should bring your own bathing cap as it’s required to use the pool and a pair of flip flops. Some of the showers in the adult side of the spa didn’t work. Steam rooms and saunas were great.
