Logement très confortable et très bien équipé, avec une magnifique terrasse ensoleillée ! L’appartement est également situé au pied de l’arrivée de la piste pour Villars centre et très proche du télécabine.

une vue magnifique
Un appartement agréable à proximité des commerces et du Roc d'Orsay.
Bien agencé il serait à mon avis un peu petit pour 6 mais super pour 4.
De très jolies ballades pédestres démarrent pas très loin.

Pensez aux personnes âgées !
Appart bien situé, bien orienté et bien équipé. Point noir pour les personnes âgées : l’accès et le réglage de la douche (située dans la baignoire) est difficile et dangereux. Des travaux d’installation sont à finir dans la cuisine.

Emplacement top, mérite un rafraîchissement
Positif L’emplacement est idéal, proche du télécabine et du train Le balcon est grand et bien ensoleillé Il y a une place dans le parking couvert. Négatif Le mobilier mérite vraiment un rafraîchissement (canapé déchiré) La porte du garage c est cassé le mercredi et le samedi elle n était toujours pas réparée.

Spacieux, proche des pistes, du tapis roulant pour la luge et des magasins. Grand balcon agréable! Possibilité descendre à ski jusqu'au pied du chalet. Idéal pour notre famille avec nos 3 jeunes enfants!

Situation idéale pour le ski
La situation de l'appartement, avec la navette tout près pour l'aller et le retour accessible directement à ski depuis la station, est un super avantage. Pas besoin de toucher la voiture durant la semaine de vacances d'hiver !

Idéalement situé
Appartement idéalement situé et avec 2 belles chambres donc parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le retour du ski peut se faire jusque devant laporte du garage. Place de parking sous l'immeuble ce qui est très pratique. Seul bémol, le vieux tapis qui génère beaucoup de poussière et l'aspirateur qui n'aspire plus rien...

Logement très bien situé. Proche remontées mécaniques et commerces. Allée du garage toujours dégagée de la neige. Les plinthes aux bas des portes à enlever car peuvent être dangereuses

Cet appartement est sale, matelas tachés, le montant de la location est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au confort décrit sur internet.
