"Honestly… I’m speechless. This hotel was phenomenally breathtaking! I booked this hotel to celebrate my engagement in my fiance, which happened over the third night of our stay. We love Corey, artistic kitsch spaces, and this absolutely fit the vibe! However, on top of everything else, the attention to detail and the services was superlative: a stocked fridge of snacks, juices, and water, champagne glasses, wine glasses, plates, utensils, and cutlery… The balcony… The Jacuzzi hot tub in the bathroom… Everything added up to a phenomenal stay! It was like living in someone’s home, where I imagine every room has its own unique charm and unique quality! (I suspect the only thing I missed here was a hammock in th bedroom!!) I genuinely feel that there should be one of the luxury boutique hotels of the world! 10/10 - would HIGHLY recommend! "

"rooms clean but sheets were never changed while we were there. the staff was excellent so welcoming smiling all the time. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel."

"The place was great but due to our lack of WiFi while on the bus ride from Temuco we did not receive the necessary information from the host on its location (Google Maps took us to wrong address) or the code we needed to get in. Another obstacle was our lack of Spanish. Luckily 3 very kind people assisted us in finally getting there but it did take over 2 hours & we were very tired & hungry."
