Fresh bread, fruit, cheeses, yogurt with many options of toppings … We liked having the coffee machine available at all times in the lobby as well as cold water to refill our bottles. The beds were very comfortable. Bring your own hair wash. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The water condensation bin filled every 3 hours and we could not empty it ourselves. It was easy to take the tram from Zurich HB Station and around the city, and walking distance to Old Town. There’s a supermarket across the road. It was a well appointed apartment. I liked having a little kitchenette and coffee machine. The air con has a hose through the window, so you can’t close the window completely which lets some noise in. "Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work.

"Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"We came to the hotel because it had a/c but it wasn’t working well so it was only tepid. I was told the restaurant was open until 9 only to find out only ice cream is available after 8:00 pm. The staff did try to help and the breakfast was great!"
