"The house was very clean, a great size, nice layout and easily accessible. Really nice place to stay for a night - wish we had longer to visit. Check in was mostly easy - we were given a pin for the keypad that didn't work initially, but the host was quick to respond and helped us resolve it with a new pin to get in the house. The house has cute outdoor patio spaces and is very walkable to a lot of things nearby, like restaurants, bowling alley, grocery store, etc. I would definitely stay here...

"Upon check-in we noticed the lobby had an odd smelly odor to it. The front desk lady was super nice but that’s where the staff friendliness ended. When we went to our room there was huge portable air conditioning unit on roller wheels with a giant tube stretched across the room and out the window, it looked like an exhaust vent. The smell of mold was very prominent and overbearing. My boyfriend has terrible asthma and he instantly became choked. We went to the front desk to request a refund because we couldn’t stay especially with the mold in the air. Gabriel the front desk manager was HORRIBLE, very non-sympathetic and refused to refund us even at the expressed request from the manager at Expedia. His character and terrible moldy smell all over and odd air apparatus in the rooms is probably why the hotel appeared completely empty. Also the photos of the rooms versus reality couldn’t be further t from the truth. The rooms appeared as though to be from the 70s!! Old run down furniture and carpets just gross!"
