The open main living space features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, skylights, and large windows that frame the forested setting. A wood-burning fireplace warms up chilly winter days as you relax on plush living room furniture and watch shows on the Smart TV. Prepare meals in the updated, fully equipped kitchen. The chef in your group will love cooking here! The kitchen includes 2 sinks, perfect for extra helping hands in the kitchen, as well as a wide range of appliances such as an air fryer, crockpot, blender, and even a waffle maker. Whatever delicious creation you prepare, gather to enjoy with your group at the roomy 10-person dining table or, in the summer months, at the outdoor table located on the spacious deck. The large deck, accessed from the main living space, is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with outdoor patio furniture to complement the outdoor table, as well as a 6-person hot tub offering a calming spot to unwind after a busy day.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the home’s 4 bedrooms spread across the 2 levels. The downstairs features a guest bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the master bedroom, which includes a king bed, 36” TV, and a beautiful en suite bath with a soaking tub and a shower. The upstairs bedrooms pack their own charm with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, warm exposed wood panel walls, and large windows overlooking the trees. These rooms welcome you right in. The first upstairs bedroom features a king bed, with the second bedroom great for sharing, with 2 twin beds. All of the bedrooms include portable fans that are perfect for staying comfortable on warm summer nights. Rounding out the home are 2 full bathrooms, each with a single-sink vanity and bathtub/shower combos, with 1 bathroom located on the main floor and the other upstairs by the bedrooms. It's a 3-minute drive to Alpine Meadows and less than 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe, putting you in excellent proximity for easy access to the mountains. For those looking to enjoy Tahoe’s FREE public transportation, TART, you can make the 10-minute drive into Tahoe City, where you will find park-n-ride locations with bus routes connecting you to places such as Northstar Ski Resort, Kings Beach, and Truckee. Nearby HWY 89 makes it easy to quickly get onto the highway and access the surrounding areas.

Tahoe also offers Uber, Lyft, and many taxi companies.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
