• Approximately 570 square feet with a living space, sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom.
• A queen-size bed is located adjacent to the kitchenette and can be separated by sliding doors to the living area.
• Living area features a leather sofa, oversized chair, coffee table, television and DVD player and dining area that seats 4 people.
• The kitchen is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with a bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.

Located right on the slopes with mountain views, this cozy condo offers both comfort and convenience for your vacation.

Enjoy a colorful space with all the amenities of home, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, full-size bathroom and more! The size is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends.

This condo provides a streamline open living space and comfortable seating for a couple or small family to relax and enjoy the alpine view, where guests feel ‘up in the trees’ with the condo’s mountain views. The kitchenette and bedroom area are in the first zone and the living area sofa and dining table are in the next. The space has intermittent red and green tiles in the kitchenette and bathroom, adding a touch of character and warmth. The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

Location is truly everything at this Palisades Tahoe Lodge condo, with the property’s ski-in/ski-out or hike-in/hike-out access at Palisades Tahoe Resort. Enjoy a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for dining and après, world-renowned chair lifts, or a quick drive into area towns such as Truckee, or Tahoe City to explore more hiking, biking, watersports, golfing, shopping, and more local dining.

You’ll be a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your summer enjoyment, and so can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe.

In the winter you are at the center of the activities. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, steps from the chairs and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all nearby!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
