About this property

One Bedroom walking distance to Palisades Tahoe!

  • This condo is perfect for a couple or young family. It sits in an amazing location, walking distance to the lifts, restaurants, coffee shops and all the stores and festivities within the Village at Palisades. Easy access to seasonal activities including a short walk to the ski slopes, Shirley Canyon hikes and nearby waterfalls. Location, location, location.

    This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is an upper floor unit in the Tram Condos. It is nicely furnished and features a wood fireplace in the living room, record player, boot dryer, pull-out couch and a deck to enjoy the mountain views over coffee or whatever you prefer for après. There is a great view of the mountain with a filtered view of the legendary KT22.

    The kitchen is nicely updated with great supplies for cooking at “home”. The bedroom has a queen bed, and a smart TV with Roku.

    PROPERTY NOTES
    * We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
    * We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
    * We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
    * There is no air conditioning in this rental.
    * Firewood or Duralogs are not provided, but can be purchased at most local shops.
    * Laundry is shared in the building and coin operated. 1 washer / dryer
    * There is a record player in the condo, but no TV in the living room or common area. TV in bedroom only.
    * Queen bed in bedroom, sofa folds out into a double, futon style bed, blow up twin bed in bedroom closet.
