"clean room staffs are very helpful esp.. requested if they could help my husband for his tie... It was Dec13 @ 5pm ... forgot to ask the name of the gentleman that helps my husband pls
pass our message .. big thanks to him.. and the rest of the staffs that check us in very friendly, not in rush.. we stayed two nights in 413 love the room... next year again will come to the same hotel... if we attend the xmas party at bc stadium for seaspan again...
Big thanks to all your staffs and the hotel is clean and close to all shopping boutique...the only thing is the coffee machine too noisy when it runs and the shampoo in the shower room all of a sudden it drop alomost drop on my feet but other than that clean room and nice views...
