"Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. "

"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. "我々は松本方面から高速で麻績（おみ）まで行き、山道を走ってホテルへ向かった。街灯がないくねくね道を長いこと走ることになりとても大変だった。ホテルのスタッフさんから教えてもらい、翌日は国道19号を通るルートで帰宅した。ホテルは清潔で、大浴場も心地よく、食堂でいただく朝食はどことなく学生時代の合宿を思わせる雰囲気で心がなごむ。夜が明けると雪をまとった山脈を遠くに臨める絶景を楽しめる立地にあることがわかり、明るいうちに19号方面から到着し、ここでゆっくりと時間を過ごす旅程がおすすめ。"
