The room was fantastic, the river suit. Large bath, king size bed plenty of space. Had a meal in the restaurant fantastic food, topped off with a couple of coctails and some live music. Had a good sleep, bed a bit firm for me but wouldnt put me off coming back. Breakfast was help yourself continental and fried food. Any special requests you just had to ask. The staff from front desk to bar, housekeeping and restaurant we're all fantastic. Hard to believe this is only a three star hotel, will definitely be back.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Stayed here again this year for our annual bike meet up with friends. Splashed out on a suite for our two night stay, which was lovely. Clean and spacious with a large comfy bed. Food was spot and as was the service during our stay

Room was clean, however trying to run a bath, the shower kept running water as well, no matter how we tried to stop it. Evidence of black mould on the tiles/grout in the bathroom as well. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The kettle could do with being replaced as it's seen better days. The wardrobe doors didn't close properly/very well. The beds were a bit creaky with any movement. The staff were courteous and friendly especially in the restaurant. Breakfast and evening meal were both good. Despite the above issues, we would stay again at this hotel.

Love this Hotel and the service. Rooms very clean and beds so comfortable, proper bath and nice towels. I booked online hoping this was the place I stayed 4 years ago. IT IS 😁. Free easy parking, this is the perfect Hotel for day trips. So very well kept!

Wedding Stopover

We loved our stay at this hotel. Lovely place, we came for a family wedding nearby. The staff are what make it, Abbey on reception was so helpful, all the kitchen staff and waitresses were great too. Felt totally looked after and welcomed by all. Room was immaculate and comfy, and breakfast was grand! What more can you ask?! Thank you!!

Booked 3 nights here while I was visiting Ireland for work. It's in a great location where I can get to my customers within half an hour. Close to Belfast, and down the road from the airport. Rooms are really modern and nice. Bath is a little small, but that's nothing to complain about. Breakfast in the morning is decent, the hot choco milk is the best. Can drink this all morning. Very welcoming hotel.
