"Horrible experience, booked a suite online when I arrived they tried to give me a standard room. I'm the end no suites were available, they didn't want to refund me, tried to offer me discounted valet parking, and then free valet parking. It was pretty insane."
"Our room was dirty. Beds were clean but floors and surroundings had clearly not been actually cleaned in quite some time. Our room also had zero hot water so showers were very cold."
