10 Flatscreen TV's all equipped with Youtube TV, ROKU and Apple TV, so you can watch your favorite movies and sporting events.

Fire up the grill while listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers.

Stretch out in the open, airy One and a Half Story floor plan. There is room for everyone in this house. Huge, extra comfy King Size bed is located in the Master Suite. Master Bath has an oversized steam shower.

Separate Bar & Lounge area perfect for watching games and enjoying drinks.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS

We will be adhering to the following cleaning guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19

- Rooms will be ventilated before they are cleaned.

- Fresh air will circulate for at least 20 minutes.

- The cleaning crew will wash their hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning.

- The cleaning crew will wear disposable gloves while they clean. Gloves will be thrown out after each cleaning.

- The cleaning crew will clean first, then disinfect.

- They will focus on frequently touched surfaces including Sofas, rugs, drapes, and other soft, porous surfaces.

- All linens will be washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the
manufacturer. That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.

- Laundry baskets and hampers will be disinfected.

- Vacuum cleaner will be emptied before each stay.

- The vacuum cleaner, along with other cleaning appliances like the dishwasher and washing machine, will be disinfected.

The following frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected:

- Condiments: oil, salt and pepper shakers, commonly used spices and containers, etc.

- Hard-backed chairs

- Kitchenware that isn’t dishwasher safe: ceramic bowls, kids’ plasticware, etc.
