Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean out refrigerator of leftover food and opened drinks. Any non-perishable items can remain. Gather trash and take out to outdoor garbage container with black lid.
Place used towels in bathtubs
Make sure window blinds are closed and windows locked. Make sure all exterior doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside property. No fireworks on property.
Please be respectful to neighbors and keep noise down between 12:00 am (mid-night) and 8:00 am.
Early check-in/late check-out will incur a $50 per hr fee unless prev approved by Owner. Check-out after 1:00 pm will be charged an add'l night stay.
