To our surprise and delight, our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, thoughtful snacks, and a delicious anniversary cake. This personal touch set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday. A heartfelt thank you goes to Shankar, Merilen, and Jemna for their outstanding care and attentiveness throughout our stay. We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. What is great is that it is linked to the Mustach shopping mall where it is a good experience walking around inside and seeing many dining options and even a supermarket."

"This is one of the best place in Muscat. I stayed here few times during family visit to Muscat. The location is convenient, stuffs are amazing. Specially I should mentioned the house keeping stuff been great and also there is stuff name “Shiva” who helped me with baby cribs and other request. I stayed here multiple times already and I will again choose this one when I revisit Muscat "
