"Listing states property has five bedrooms, we were only given access to four. Possibly due to language barrier but our understanding from owner was the lower level of the house was private. I inquired further about this upon returning home. I was told that “to help keep our rates as fair and flexible as possible, the layout and accessible rooms are prepared based on the guest count provided”. This policy was never mentioned in the listing. What if I want/need to sleep in a different bedroom during my stay. I need to contact the owner to give us access? That is just unacceptable.On the positive side, the views were stunning. Croatia and its people are truly lovely. However, some of the furniture is showing wear, some bathroom towels very thin, and the kitchen was less than ideal to cook meals for a group. Next time we will choose a villa that has clear and fair policies, ensuring we receive exactly what we pay for."

"This property wasn't easy to find because we had a problem contacting the host on arrival day but Croatia people helped and sent us to a coffee shop near the property. The staff there helped us to contact the host and after that everything was perfect. Really nice apartment in the old town area. For us it is 100% worth it. Highly recommend 👍👍👍"

"Our family's stay at Villa Delmati was absolutely fantastic—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with shops and everything we needed just a short walk away. The owners went above and beyond, not only with their friendliness but also by offering wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. A true highlight of our trip was when they cooked a delicious local dish for us one evening. We highly recommend Villa Delmati and can't wait to visit again!"
