Das Hotel befindet ist direkt am Meer, allerdings sind die Parkplätze sehr eng und schwer zugänglich, leider gibt es nur 2 Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Essen gehen, keine Spielplätze für die Kinder.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Lediglich die Zufahrt gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, da die Straße sehr eng und steil ist und auch die wenigen vorhandenen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel sind sehr eng. Hotelbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, es gab jedoch bei der Ankunft keinerlei Information, wie z. B. Frühstückszeiten oder Nutzungsmöglichkeiten für den vorhandenen Fitness- und Saunabereich, auch eine Anleitung für den Tresor ist nicht vorhanden. Der in unserem Zimmer war bei Ankunft verschlossen und wir bekamen auf Nachfrage nur den Hauptschlüssel und mussten uns selbst darum kümmern herauszufinden wie der Tresor funktioniert. Frühstück war ausreichend, aber sehr eintönig. Z. B. gab es erst am 8. Tag eine andere Marmeladensorte als Kirsche und immer nur die gleichen 2 Wurstsorten. Ab Tag 6 waren auch die Frühstückssemmeln aus und es gab nur noch Brot. In Summe jedoch trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Quiet stay in a quaint seaside village.

Lovely hotel in a quiet seaside village. The service was excellent and so was the breakfast. The bathroom had an automatic dim light that came on when you entered which was nice in the middle of the night. The doors looking over the sea opened completely to have a full view of the turquoise sea. We had no problem parking on the pier during September which is a slower season but it may be difficult to find parking during the high season as the town only has one steep road in and out. Also make sure to walk to the next beach over to the south. It was lovely as well.

Mysigt och lugnt

Mysig och lugn liten by för en avkopplande badsemester. Hotel Pleter har fantastisk utsikt över vattnet, ni måste boka rum med sea view. Standarden i Kroatien motsvarar dock inte de höga priserna. Det är inget lyxhotell utan enkelt, men rent och modernt. Den lilla byn har tre restauranger inklusive hotellets egen restaurang. Priserna är nästan som i Sverige på maten men kranvattnet är drickbart så ni behöver inte köpa flaskvatten. Om ni vill shoppa så åk in till Split.

La disponibilité; et la gentillesse du personnel ne masque pas que cet hôtel n’est pas au niveau 4 étoiles. Du bazar dès l’entrée : courses qui ont trainées durant tout notre séjour, tables encombrées de papiers, chaises élimées dans le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner avec du choix mais produits de basses qualité, café au goût de brulé, cela c’est amélioré quand la machine a fini par déborder et qu elle a été nettoyée, encombrée de résidus... Cela gâche un peu le plaisir de déjeuner sur la belle terrasse qui donne directement sur le port. A disposition, parasols et bains de soleil qui sont les bienvenus car plage de petits galets. Ménage nickel, chambre propre, belle vue, frigo cependant qui a du mal à faire du froid! Attention il est quasi impossible de se garer dans le village, mieux vaut rester en haut et descendre à pied.

Avslappende ferie

Litt "treg" innsjekking for vi måtte vente i over en halv time før vi fikk tildelt rom. Rommet vi fikk var uten balkong,- noe vi hadde bestilt og betalt ekstra for. Ny ventetid på nesten en time før vi fikk det riktige rommet. Fin og rolig beliggenhet, koselig og hyggelig personale og deilig mat. Særtlig den du bestilte av menyen. Frokosten var helt grei. Fin beliggenhet til sjøen og kort vei til stranden.😊 Renholdet kunne vært bedre. En dag kom de å skulle re opp senger og vaske kl halv fem om ettermiddagen. Var uheldig og skar meg i fingeren og fikk dermed blod på sengetøyet. Ganske synlige blodflekker. Sengetøyet ble ikke skiftet før etter to døgn.

Great views of the sea and quiet beach.

The hotel is family owned and the staff very friendly and trying to help with everything we needed. I think it has also be recently remodeled. I was traveling with my wife and my parents and our two rooms were facing the sea with a great view. The hotel also had a restaurant and the seafood was excellent. We also enjoyed the beach very much as it was not crowded and I wish we stayed there longer. One of our best experiences in our trip to Croatia

Hotel in posto caratteristico

L'hotel è posto ai piedi di una spiaggia molto bella. Il posto è abbastanza affollato e ci sono difficoltà di parcheggio in quanto ci si accede da una stradina stretta ed impervia, dove non ci passano contemporaneamente 2 macchine. Per chi ama il mare è un posto ideale, ma c'è poca scelta per mangiare ed i prezzi sono alti. Praticamente gli stessi praticati in Italia. Per chi va in Croazia attenzione ai noleggi macchina! Prendono una caparra molto alta ed il personale non rispetta gli orari, per cui ho avuto problemi per riconsegna. Non mi hanno dato l'auto che volevo, ma una macchina con il cambio automatico, e questo mi ha dato molto fastidio.

NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A 4 STAR HOTEL!!

There were so many things wrong with this hotel, It does not even come close to a 4 star rating, more like a badly run two star. Below are just a few of the things we noted: The manager kept his paperwork and admin on a table in the restaurant, it looked like a pile of trash, while he walked around in dirty t-shirt, shorts and flip flops, starring at guests. The staff (excluding the restaurant personnel) wore private clothes such as t-shirt, shorts and tank tops. The breakfast bread was served completely frozen. The manager came with stale breakfast in plastic bags from local super market. Rotten fruit in the buffe Dirty milk can without lid, also it was not kept cool so it became disgusting after awhile. The breakfast plates and accessories were dirty. Broken chairs in the outdoor serving, and only 4 cushions available. We were given the wrong room on arrival. Broken items in the bathroom (toilet roll holder) Irregular cleaning of our room, on one occasion it was forgotten. Dirty balcony that was not cleaned during our stay. Tiny waste baskets - we had to put our trash on the floor. The white furniture looked stained and dirty. Staff was smoking in an area where guests have to pass to get to their rooms. Upon our early morning check out, a staff member was laying on a sofa in the reception playing mobile games, he ignored us and kept laying in the sofa while shouting for another person.

Bel endroit sur la côte. Accueil sympathique

L'endroit est parfait pour rayonner sur la côte (OMIS / SPILT). Accès facile en basse saison mais surement difficile en été. Accueil sympathique et serviable, Service restauration lent => note moyenne service Odeurs désagréables dans salle de bain (prévoir un déodorant). Idem dans 2 chambres => note moyenne sur confort. Mais le reste est d'une bonne prestation.

The hotel was clean and in the good condition you would expect of a building completely refurbished 3 yrs. ago.The staff were helpful and pleasant.The location of the hotel was a good deal further from Split than you web site inferred.The eating options apart from the hotel were very limited and not very good.

Schönes Hotel in idyllischer Umgebung

Das Hotel Peter ist direkt am Meer im idyllischen Örtchen Mimice gelegen. Es ist recht neu, wirkt sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind hell, sehr sauber und angenehm modern ausgestattet. Die Meerblick-Zimmer bieten zudem einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Es gibt eine direkt am Wasser gelegene Terrasse, die für die Mahlzeiten genutzt wird. Wenn das Hotel gut belegt ist, wird es dort allerdings knapp mit dem Platzangebot - zumal die Kellner zum Teil erst dazu aufgefordert werden müssen, frei werdende Tische abzuräumen und für den nächsten Gast vorzubereiten. Man könnte zwar in das Hotelrestaurant nach drinnen ausweichen, aber wer möchte bei schönem Wetter schon drinnen sitzen... Es fehlt zudem eine gemütliche Lobby (z. B. für kühlere Abende) - auch hier ist das Restaurant eher eine Notlösung ( zumal viel zu hell und ungemütlich beleuchtet). Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet zwar grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht, aber es gab keinerlei Abwechslung. Zudem wurde vieles (Marmelade, Butter, Frischkäse....) in abgepackter Form angeboten. (Instant-)Kaffee und (Pulver-)Säfte kamen leider aus dem Automaten. Die Tische muss man sich als Gast komplett selbst eindecken was ich für ein 4*Haus nicht in Ordnung finde. Auch nicht mehr benötigtes Geschirr oder Abfälle werden durch den Kellner nicht "zwischendurch" abgeräumt. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Davon abgesehen, war es ein schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung.

Das Empfangspersonal war eher reserviert, freundlich aber zurückhaltend. Zimmer sauber und nett. Parkplatz Reservierung bei der Buchung muss geändert werden. Wir mussten immer nach einem Parkplatz suchen (zwar gefunden) aber es ist mühsam, wenn man ein Hotel mit Parkplatz bucht und kein Parkplatz reserviert ist. Muss geändert werden.
