"This villa is beautiful with an amazing view. Very helpful hosts allowing us to arrive early and settle in quickly. The outside area and pool are also excellent and well designed with shaded areas available all day if you don’t want full sun. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at the Villa was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa . Very clean and a great location . The beach is only a short stroll from the villa . Our flight had to be diverted to Dubrovnik due to a problem at Split airport . The owner of the property went out of his way and waited hours for us to travel on a coach from Dubrovnik to split Airport . On our arrival his wife had provided us us with food and drinks at 1 30 am in the morning. During our stay Sanja prepared a lovely local meal for 9 people . She also made a lovely chocolate cake . We also booked a private boat trip with her help . Brilliant hosts and wonderful villa ."

"This was an absolutely spectacular place to stay, and the host was the best host I have ever had. The two villas gave plenty of privacy, room for the number of people we had, but also lots of outdoor space to gather and enjoy each other's company. The view was gorgeous, the grounds and landscaping were beautiful, the homes were quaint, well kept, and authentically Croatian, which we loved. Our host Nikola was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful with everything from helping us to find lost luggage, paying a parking ticket, local recommendations, and just general friendliness and warmth. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and he even surprised us with a cake to say happy birthday! He, his wife, and their sweet dog were just a few steps away but we had total privacy and comfort the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this place, and if I come back to Omis, I will stay there again."
Beachfront Villa Flores: Luxury with Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Rooftop Jacuzzi

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Flores. We were there in June for 2 weeks with friends and family. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The owners are living next door and were very helpful. We had a special Croatian dinner called Peka cooked by the owner. It was delicious.We also hired a chef, Martin, twice for our birthday dinners.He was wonderful also. Mirko(the owner) helped us to hire a boat to explore nearby Islands. The only note we need to make that we were not aware of was that in front of the house there is walking/biking “boulevard “ what you can’t see from the pictures .It was really busy but it makes walking to Omis center easy. The beach in front of the house is super busy also but water is very clear and it is very safe for little swimmers.We can highly recommend Villa Flores for everyone who wants to chill with family and friends and explore Omis and its surroundings."

"We had a truly wonderful holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.From the moment we booked, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have done more to help us, providing everything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.The villa itself is exceptional, beautifully presented, superbly equipped, and immaculately maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of everything we needed, and it genuinely felt like a home from home. The huge pool was a real highlight, and the jaw-dropping views from the terrace were simply breathtaking. We never tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery.The location is equally impressive. It's just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, with miles of beautiful coastal paths to explore. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the villa is perfectly situated for spectacular hikes and bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains.Omiš itself is only a short stroll away and is a charming, historic town full of character, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés to enjoy.This was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! "

"Ivana guided us thru the checking process and it was seamless. It was nice to have free parking during our stay. The apartment is Top notch!! Everything looked brand new and super clean. It was great to have a washer. Location was amazing!! Omis is truly beautiful. Highly recommend this place."
