"This property wasn't easy to find because we had a problem contacting the host on arrival day but Croatia people helped and sent us to a coffee shop near the property. The staff there helped us to contact the host and after that everything was perfect. Really nice apartment in the old town area. For us it is 100% worth it. Highly recommend 👍👍👍"

"Villa Pocrnja is a fantastic villa in Tice about 5 miles from Omiš. It is beautifully maintained and has a glorious view out to Brac. There were eight in our party and so we had plenty of space and enjoyed all that the villa had to offer, in particular the lovely pool and the games room downstairs. The owner and his family live next door and so are on hand if you have any questions."

"We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. The location is beautiful and quiet. The accommodation is great, with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. The bed in the master bedroom was very large with amazing views of the sea. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside by the pool. The pool is a good size. The dining area next to the pool is fully covered. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Omiš, there are an abundance of places to eat and get ice creams. There are lots of activities based in Omiš including zip lining, kayaking and boat trips.There are several nearby beaches and the sea was clear and amazing to swim in, I would suggest getting beach shoes as the beaches are stony not sandy. We found a nearby beach with a beach bar which we visited several times.The views of the sea and landscape are breathtaking.The communication with host was very easy and they provided a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the villa. Do not think that cozy means small, there is plenty of space, it means it is homely and lovely.An amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend this accommodation and location."

Communication with Nickolina was excellent and a great recommendation for a local restaurant, the location was perfect and so peaceful with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.
