On the private balconies with seating, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic and watch the sun go down in a relaxed manner.



Only 10 metres separate you from the next gravel beach – the ideal location for extended bathing days by the sea. Concreted bathing plateaus are also located in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the central yet quiet location, you can conveniently reach restaurants, cafés, a bakery and shopping opportunities on foot. A children's playground and the lively nightlife are also just a few steps away.



The facility offers additional amenities such as a garden terrace, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. A grill can be used by arrangement. Your hosts live on-site and are happy to support you with any questions or requests - and speak several languages, including German and English.
