PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Apartement house with 9 modern equipped apartments located in Stanici near Omis, ideally situated only 30 m from the beach. Shaded parking lots, a berth with boat, barbecue and washing machine are available for general use. The large roof terrace is also for all guests of the house. All apartments are air-conditioned, have a. German TV, WiFi and a terrace or balcony with sea view. On request, a transfer service / airport can be arranged.
The arrival and departure days are freely selectable and there is no minimum stay. All apartments are non-smoking. The air conditioning can be used in all apartments 3 hrs / day free of charge. Each additional hour costs 0.50 €. Bed linen and towels are included (change once a week). The final cleaning is included in the price. No deposit is required. Pets are allowed in apartment 1 (5 € per day). There are shaded parking spaces (4 x garages, 5 x carport). In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a free boat dock with as well as a boat for excursions in the closer exercise. Stanici is a small Croatian coastal town in Central Dalmatia, about 5 km south of Omis with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea - the ideal place for those who would like to escape everyday life. Here a relaxing family holiday can be optimally combined with sports and leisure activities. The river Cetina, known for its "rafting terrain" and its breathtaking canyons and its scenic appeal, attracts not only canoeists and kayakers but also all sports enthusiasts: mountainbiking, rafting, canyoning, ziplining, freeclimbing, paragliding, Sailing, windsurfing, boat trips, fishing - everything is possible.
