Absolute privacy for 4 people and amazing, open sea views. It is Eco-friendly property and consists of 2 bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom, a living and dining area, and an outdoor dining area with a 27 sqm private pool.
As a bonus, you can enjoy the seasonal offer of organic vegetables from your own garden.
Villa Dream is a fully air-conditioned property, located in the old part of Lokva Rogoznica a bit up in the hills with amazing panoramic sea views from every corner.

The outdoor area offers a private 7.5m x 3.5m pool, spacious sun deck area with 4 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a covered outdoor dining area for 6 people with TV, and a barbecue.

The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with TV, PS4, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, and a family bathroom with shower.

The middle floor consists of laundry, and a few steps up take you to the bedroom level. A bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower, and sea views.
