This beautiful holiday home on the island of Krk in Kvarner Bay, in the holiday resort of Njivice, is located only about 200 metres from the sea and offers two modern apartments for up to seven people each. The apartments are bright and comfortably furnished and feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. From the furnished terrace or balcony, you can enjoy a sea view in some areas.
The outdoor area invites relaxation with courtyard and garden use as well as a barbecue option. Pets are welcome.
The location on the hillside offers peace, plenty of greenery and a magnificent view. The gravel beach is only about 200 metres away, and restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
Leisure opportunities in the area range from water sports, boat trips, sailing and diving to bicycle and boat hire, as well as cultural attractions.
