About this property

  • The apartment is located in the center of Njivice, close to the pebble beach, which is also particularly suitable for children, since there is a large children's playground and other attractions. Nearby you have many restaurants serving local cuisine, the first about 20 meters from the house. The nearest bakery, a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable shop are around 100 m away.
    The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a living room with dining area and kitchen.
    Njivice is a vacation spot for families with children. So we designed our apartment with a spacious living room and a terrace with pool for young and old to spend the best time of the year together.
    This apartment has a private courtyard with a private heated pool (4x2m) with a depth of 1.45 m.
    There is a private parking space directly in front of the apartment.
    In our house there are four more apartments that are also for rent. We recommend the apartment for 4 people, so that everyone feels comfortable and has a lot of privacy to spend a pleasant vacation.
    Of course families with more children are also very welcome.
    We ourselves live nearby and we are at your disposal for any questions and are happy to give you tips and pointers for a wonderful time.
