"From courteous staff to delicious breakfast, the location was a perfect stay for my girlfriend and I! Plus, it is connected to the Osaka/umeda stations - which made transportation easy! In addition, it is about 20 minutes to Dotonbori (location with great food, street vendors, glico man sign). I highly recommend this location if it’s your first time in Osaka, Japan like us! It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! "We have a great stay. Staff was nice and the facilites were clean and had everything you need if you forgot anything at home. So solid party room had even more space than we needed. It was amazing! Right across from universal just a short walk across the street. Would return definitely if I come back to Universal Japan!"
