We had a wonderful stay at The Rise Osaka Universal Bayside! The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and the room was spotless, modern, and had everything our family needed. The beds were comfortable, and having extra space compared to a typical hotel room made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for visiting Universal Studios Japan, and we also appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was after a busy day exploring Osaka. The rooftop onsen was a fantastic bonus and the perfect way to relax in the evening. One thing that really stood out was how responsive and helpful the staff were. Even though the property uses self check-in, they quickly answered our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. We also used their luggage delivery service, which made traveling so much easier. Overall, The Rise offered excellent value, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a stress-free experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially families planning a trip to Universal Studios Japan.

For anyone planning to visit Universal Studios this place is ideal! Close to a transit station, only 1 stop to Universal or could walk there (15-20 mins walk). Vending machines for drinks and ice cream in the lobby area. Self Check in is done through a tablet, no customer service reps there so be aware that it is unlike a traditional hotel that way. Didn't get a chance to try the hot springs (note that if you have tattoos you cannot enter, and also not allowed to wear a bathing suit). We also really enjoyed the breakfast!

We had a fantastic stay at The Rise Universal Bayside. The room was fantastic, very spacious with everything required for a comfortable stay. The washing machine and drying facility within the shower/wet room was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were lovely. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious with a good choice in the menu. Everything is done electronically at the hotel (check in, room access, breakfast), but very easy and efficient. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ajikawaguchi train station so very accessible for city centre and further afield. It’s also a 15 min walk from Universal Studios Japan and Citywalk. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka.

The place was much more spacious than I thought it would be, including the shower/bathtub area. Everywhere and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward and well explained. There are instructions on how to use all appliances on their website. I stayed on the 9th floor so the view from the balcony was beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I love the property and the location near a local train station that connects to Universal Studio and downtown Osaka. The apartment is larger than any hotel I could have found in the area for the price. I will definitely be using this rental next year when I return to Osaka if it's available during my vacation time.
