We love the property and amenities. It was very hard to checkin, due to that Expedia or the hotel did not give us a code to checkin and to get into the property. A nice gentleman who works there help us through the process. Remember that this hotel had no front desk.

Very Clean room, spacious from my family of 5. They provided everything we needed, washer, utilities, and cookware. The staff was helpful and there was no confusion or miscommunication. They really need to advertise they give their guests a free Yakuta!. I wore it every night specially in the heat of August.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The bathroom has a washer, but no dryer. You have to hang your clothes on the clothesline on the balcony or in the bathroom and turn on the bathroom fan. It takes at least an hour and a half for your clothes to dry in the bathroom. We were there in August, so our clothes dried fastest outside. It was a great experience for us. The only thing I didn't like was that they served the same two breakfasts every day. It's not bad if you’re staying for a weekend or less than four days, but it’s not ideal for those staying more than a week unless you don't mind eating the same thing every day. The staff was very respectful and welcoming.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, well maintained and looked new. Kitchen with full set facilities such as fridge and utensil. And also with washing machine. The security of its building and the surrounding community is good amd safe. Also, don't miss the delicious breakfast and the natural hot spring with sauna. Overall, I rated my stay was excellent!
