If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

The hotel was amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, it’s very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again

The hotel is beautiful, but the room is a bit outdated. There were hairs on the carpet, and a bath fixture was loose. That said, the beds are super comfy and the jetted tub was a dream!

The Premium Club Lounge experience was outstanding, with amazing breakfast, impeccable service, and breathtaking views. Every detail of our stay reflected true 5-star hospitality. The location, comfort, and unforgettable views made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
