Old hotel. Budget hotel. You take what you pay for. Pros: Good location (close to beautiful beaches 5 min by car), very friendly and polite staff, easy access, parking, and low price. Cons: small rooms, mediocre breakfast, no sound proof rooms.

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

This place was beautiful, the apartments are very spacious and the service was excellent. It's also very close to the Kyllini airport (20 min driving) so it's a very good base to visit Zakynthos island.

Amazing beach just a few steps away from the rooms. Private are with very few people! Excellent restaurant with great food and pricing. Friendly and accommodating staff! All around great experience!

The place was very well located in town, especially to the ferry port. Nice local restaurant right in front of port only few steps from hotel. Liked that that had parking and breakfast. Very friendly staff, clean and neat hotel.
