"Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms. "This place is wonderful, the staff could not be nicer, the place is beautiful and the area is great. From there we went to San Sebastian, about a 45 min drive and Bilbao, about 20 min drive. We loved our stay! "
