"The room was lovely and clean. I needed to check-in early and it took several phone calls before that happened. To me, the check-in would work better if it were earlier than 4:00 p.m.. I didn't appreciate paying twice as much for my room just because it was Homecoming weekend. Seemed like a rip-off ..."
